The decision for me, Jill Merriam owner of Key Hyundai of Manchester and Key Hyundai of Milford, to get involved in the car business came during a meeting at the job I was working for at the time. I decided then and there I would give the car business a try so I could revolutionize the way people thought about car dealers. Often car dealers get a bad reputation and I looked at this as a challenge to try and turn this negative perception around. I decided to go about this is a few different ways. I would provide the best customer service, offer myself as not a car dealer but an expert in the feild and a solution provider, and I would do business honestly and ethically. To me, these are the keys to building a successful car dealership and making your customers happy.
